Attitude toward pain….

I came across the below quote from Terri Schneider, a sports psychologist and endurance athlete. Its a quote that I would encourage you to read a few times over and then start to think about the way that you deal with pain when it arises in your journey toward your goal, no matter what that goal is.

“Going deeper and deeper into that relationship with your pain allows you to see yourself within that moment and after you finish in a different light. It’s about the possibility of who we are, really.”

  1. Pain is a physiological response to an extreme stimuli. The good thing is you can work through it. Also the more you experience it the less of an issue it becomes as you become more tolerant of it.
