The message is very clear people. If you want to get the most out of your life and perform optimally you have to leap into that area “where the magic happens”. It may not feel comfortable at first and it should not but slowly you will get used to it, it will become your new normal if you persist and then the zone moves again and you take another leap.
The quotes above scream the same message that we so often ignore. Its your turn to jump out of the box, out of the comfort zone, feel the discomfort for a little while not matter what part of your life you apply it to, and you will be shocked at the results that you get.
