“What should I have pre workout” is one of the most asked questions these days. Everyone seems to be looking for a hit before they go to town on themselves in the gym.
You have a few options. You can load your body up with everything and anything from canned “energy” drinks, to a range of powders from supplement stores that list ingredients that most humans can not even pronounce never-mind comprehend what they do to the body. If you did ever find out what a number of the ingredients did I can assure you that you would be having second thoughts about buying that magic energy boost.
